Description: A 1.3 million Square foot building fit-out of mechanical, power, and lighting, including seven 5,000A 480V services, one 5KV 4800V service, eight 15KV feeders, 7 total 3000KVA MV transformers, and one 7250KVA MV transformer. Additionally, the project includes over 600 Interior lights, 50 mechanical units, 24 exterior concrete vaults, trenched and installed, and over 100,000’ 4” PVC pipe installed underground.
