Description: Ground-up construction of a 550,000 sq ft distribution warehouse including 4000A service with concrete duct bank, high bay LED lighting, office space, fire alarm system, fiber optic data system, fire sprinkler pump house, power for HVAC systems, power for conveyor systems, battery chargers, exterior and parking lot lighting.
