COVID-19 Response

A letter to our Customers, Vendors, and Families from The Hayden Power Group Team

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. In the last several days, the United States has seen an increase in cases of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, businesses, communities, and way of life. 


First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the Covid-19 virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the healthcare, emergency response and law enforcement workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.


Secondly, Hayden Power Group is dedicated to the health and safety of our employees, families and the community. It is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: the health and well-being of our employees and customers while also playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus. 


This is uncharted territory for us all, but we are committed to making decisions that are best for our employees, customers, and communities. We are here for you, and we believe the best way to get through this is together.  Some of the notable actions we have taken include;


  • Working Remotely:  For some of our office staff, work can be conducted through remote connections, which enables teams to work off-site for many tasks.

  • Postponing of physical events planned for March and April, and evaluating which events will be delivered as a virtual experience where possible.

  • Restricting all employee travel. Exceptions will be determined by Hayden Power Group management in consultation with our customers and in accordance with government regulations.

  • Safety On-Site: Where on-site work is required, staff who are on-site to accomplish specific tasks are spending only the minimum time required in locations. For our Service Technicians and those potentially at risk of exposure, Hayden Power Group has also sourced gloves and masks for the protection of on-site technicians as required.  Our 24/7 emergency services will continue to be active.

  • Our Suppliers: Hayden Power Group operations are supported by a number of strategic suppliers and we are in contact with all of them continually to ensure they apply comparable mitigation practices with their teams, while still maintaining service levels. For those who supply operational resources, we are focusing on scheduling and in-office practices to reduce the impact of any potential event.


We are continuing to monitor all information and follow the recommendations as set forth.  As developments unfold we will respond accordingly.  Thank you for your patience and continued loyalty and support.
